Moda and Caferağa, since 2014

Keep our street neighbours fed and warm this winter.

Every day we carry food and water to 26 feeding points, and pay for neutering, vaccines and treatment from one shared fund. We show you exactly what your gift becomes, down to the last lira.

₺500 a month, ₺6,000 a year: 45 kg of food, 900 meals on the street. (Winter food)

Three things we do in the neighbourhood every day

We work with the Kadıköy Municipality animal shelter and two partner clinics. Where the municipality cannot reach, our fund steps in.

Neutering, vaccines and ear tags

We neuter every animal in the neighbourhood and give it combo and rabies vaccines. It recovers in a foster home, then goes back to its own street. An ear tag means "this animal is neutered and vaccinated": if you see a tagged animal, we have its record.

Planned, clean, scheduled feeding: a covered food bowl and water at every point, with volunteer rounds morning and evening. Leftovers are cleared, bowls washed weekly.

Seen an injured animal?

Don't move it; send us a photo and the location. During office hours we take it to the municipal shelter; after hours and in serious cases, to a partner clinic.
